Dear both,

The procedure for the access card application is the following.

- Fill in the form ( I already provided the hard copy, otherwise please find the form attached again)
- Make a copy of you ID card (I can make a copy for you today if you like)
- Bring a picture I just made

Then please register and give all the forms to the guard at the front gate where you enter every morning.

They will issue the card for you.
