Today we introduce the Business Documentation in more detail.
The documentation follows a 4 Level structure that will cover the whole business processes (not restricted to SAP only).

Level 1 and Level 2 is already completed by Implementers
Level 3 will be prepared over the next three months by Key Users
Level 4 will be completed before end of December by Key Users

Your attendance in today´s meeting is very important as it is in Key Users responsibility to prepare Level 3 and later Level 4 documents.
Therefore, I kindly ask you to join the meeting in the afternoon.
